- deliver a strategic framework which enables gi-escr to further its vision and mission.
- think creatively and strategically about human rights norm development to shape a progressive understanding of the human rights framework with a particular focus on economic, social and cultural rights.
- build relationships with donors, staff, global partners and social movements.

- support the team in working closely with global, regional, national, and local partners, including partners from marginalised communities.
this work will require empathy, listening, and learning from the perspectives of our partners on the ground, as well as letting them take the lead in their advocacy while providing advice on human rights and access to human rights mechanisms.
