we are now looking for a tax specialist to join our team to collaborate assuring tax legislation, mitigate tax risks, provide tax advice and to ensure high quality in tax accounting and reporting.
the tax manager is functionally responsible for tax specialist activities.
*what you will do*:
- manage and cooperate in the indirect and direct tax including withholding tax in mexico and south america countries.
- control transfer prices, handle reporting, tax audit, compliance and tax advice.
- manage m&a financial due diligence & finance integration and eom compliance.
*you will bring!
*:
- bachelor's in accounting with 5 years of experience in the big four accounting firms and transnational companies.
- extensive experience in local and international tax legislation and understanding of financial systems.
- knowledge in gaap (i.e. local gaap, ifrs and group directives).
- accounting, reporting and financial analysis skills.
- team work, analytical thinking,
- excellent english skills.
