*recruiting*
- identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications at all levels (direct and indirect labor).
- collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- completing paperwork for new hires.
- promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- managing internship programs.
- achieve time to fill kpi's.
*learning & development*
- conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
- create onboarding agenda for salaried positions.
- develops training and development programs and objectives.
- facilitate trainings (corporate trainings, fe culture & policies)
- administers spending against the departmental budget.
- obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- trains and coaches' managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
- plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
- develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.
- compliance with labor federal agency and internal audits (dc-1,2,3,4)
- keep training records up to date.
*communication & engagement*
- manage communications strategy, plan, and execution for all internal initiatives.
- manage implementation of quarterly town halls held at the site.
- coordinate with the local hr clerks the communication topics in boards and screens.
- participate in engagement survey results interpretation, action planning framework and communications, and organizational communication of engagement survey full cycle.
- provide event planning for corporate events to include coordinating stakeholders, event logistics, venue, catering, and contracts/proposals
- assist with rewards & recognition activities in collaboration with site staff.
*labor relations*

- advisor role with the union representatives to ensure a healthy work environment
*skills, knowledge and expertise*:
- recruitment experience at all levels.
- competency-based interview knowledge
- fluent english is a must
- managing direct reports

- excellent written/verbal/presentation skills required.

- degree in business administration or a related field.
- at least 5 years of human resources professional experience (recruitment / learning & development).
*computer skills*
- *intermediate*: word processing/typing, presentation/powerpoint.
