We are seeking an experienced servicenow developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‐on experience in developing, customizing, and configuring servicenow applications, with a focus on modules such as itsm, hrsd, and csm. You will be responsible for creating custom applications, implementing workflows, and integrating with other systems to enhance business processes.
key responsibilities
* develop, configure, and maintain servicenow applications, ensuring high‐quality code and adherence to best practices.
* customize and configure itsm, hrsd, and csm modules to meet business requirements.
* work on complex servicenow workflows, forms, and scripting to automate processes.
* collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into functional and technical solutions.
* integrate servicenow with third‐party systems using rest/soap apis and other integration techniques.
* perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensure effective issue resolution.
* assist in the development and deployment of servicenow upgrades and patches, ensuring customizations are not affected.
* provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members.
required skills & qualifications
* experience: minimum of 3 years of experience working with servicenow as a developer.
* solid experience with servicenow itsm (incident, problem, change management) and csm.
* technical skills: strong proficiency in javascript (for scripting in servicenow).
* in-depth knowledge of servicenow development, including business rules, script includes, ui actions, ui scripts, and workflows.
* experience with servicenow service portal development and configuration.
* familiarity with servicenow orchestration and flow designer.
* strong understanding of rest/soap apis and integration techniques.
* certifications: certified servicenow administrator (csa) certification is required.
* soft skills: strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with both technical and non‐technical teams.
* ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‐paced environment.
* problem‐solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail.
