join our team! You will deliver end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects, solve complex problems with minimal guidance, support and mentor software engineers by providing advice, mentoring, training, and coaching and collaborate with other designers and engineers.
about the role:
in this opportunity as a senior software development engineer, you will:
* delivers end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects
* solves complex problems with minimal guidance
* support and mentors software engineers by providing advice, mentoring, training and coaching.
* collaborate with other designers and engineers.
* breaks down customer requirements into work to be executed on.
* ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, or adapting the communication style to the audience.
* delivers software features with exceptional quality, following release plans and delivery commitments by using agile (scrum)
* writes code according to coding standards established for software solutions.
* prepares and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
* documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, comments (in code) and clear code.
* anticipates and interprets customer needs to identify solutions
* determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
* improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
* applies new technologies in software solutions and provides recommendations to the project team.
* breaks down functional requirements into technical requirements and specifications for the team.
* may support and develop software engineers by providing advice, mentoring, training, coaching, and educational opportunities.
* identifies risks and mitigation plans for the requirements
* great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
* collaborates with other designers and engineers
* breaks down customer requirements into work for the team can execute on.
about you
you’re a fit for the role of senior software development engineer if your background includes:
* 5+ years of experience
* azure/aws
* java
* sql server (preferred)
* api development
* jquery/angular
* github
* github actions (preferred)
* iac (preferred) (bicep/terraform)
