responsibilities
* design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using oracle full stack technologies to support talent acquisition initiatives.
* build and optimize apis to enable seamless data exchange between internal systems and external platforms.
* create and manage integrations with third-party tools and services to enhance talent acquisition workflows.
* develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using oracle jet to ensure an exceptional user experience.
* implement and optimize back-end logic, database schemas, and queries using oracle database to ensure performance and scalability.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, ux designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
* participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and system reliability.
* stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
* contribute to the documentation of technical designs, apis, and system architecture.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 5-8 years of professional experience in full stack development with equal exposure to front-end and back-end technologies.
* proficiency in front-end frameworks such as angular, react, or vue.js, with a strong portfolio of user-facing applications.
* extensive experience with oracle database, including designing schemas, writing efficient sql queries, and optimizing performance.
* demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining apis (e.g., rest, graphql) for internal and external use.
* hands-on experience developing integrations with third-party systems or services.
* strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., git), ci/cd pipelines, and testing frameworks.
* excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
* strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
