We are seeking a dynamic and strategic director of marketing to lead and execute high-impact marketing and communication initiatives at the american school foundation of chiapas (asfc).
this role is key to strengthening our brand positioning, increasing visibility in the educational market, and driving student enrollment and retention. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, creativity, and data-driven decision-making to elevate our institutional presence and community engagement.
key responsibilities
* develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with institutional goals
* lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content, and campaigns
* design and manage public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation
* analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
* strengthen asfc’s digital presence and community engagement across platforms
* plan and manage the marketing budget effectively
* collaborate cross-functionally with academic and administrative teams
requirements
* bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
* 3–5 years of experience in marketing, including leadership responsibilities
* strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and analytics
* proven track record in executing successful marketing strategies
* experience managing teams and working cross-functionally
* proficiency in marketing analytics tools and performance measurement
