- conduct ongoing usability and user experience evaluations of existing products, identifying and proposing effective improvements.
- design mobile-first (mf) experiences that prioritize clear and effective navigation for the user.
- user research: conduct in-depth studies to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
- create low-fidelity (lo-fi) and high-fidelity (hi-fi) wireframes and prototypes to represent and validate design proposals at every stage of product development.
- design intuitive user interfaces (ui) and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and accessibility of the user experience, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- use quantitative analysis tools (hard data) to optimize and personalize user experiences, enabling informed decisions based on key metrics and real user behaviors.
- optimize and adjust materials to ensure effective content publication on the site, maintaining quality and adherence to design and usability standards.
- develop proposals for structuring and prioritizing content, aimed at enhancing the user experience and improving the clarity of relevant information.
