requirements
* 15+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or leadership roles in the energy or natural resources sectors.
* deep familiarity with mexico and broader latin america.
* cross-sectoral perspective across hydrocarbons, power & renewables, and mining.
* proven track record of owning sales targets and closing deals.
* fluency in spanish and english is essential.
* demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and represent the company with credibility.
