*job summary*: carry out day to day hr operation, supporting in all hr areas: recruitment, hr employee administration, training and labor relations.

- support on hiring process (request documentation, contracts review control).

- support on termination contract at mexican labor court.
- create and update employee records.

*essential requirements*:
- strong knowledge in: interviewing based skills (star methodology), verifiable experience in psychometric testing batteries, verifiable experience on mexican federal labor law.

*job requirements*: education: a bachelor’s degree in administration, psychology, industrial relations, human resources or related field.
*experience*: at least one year on human resources department.
*knowledge, skills and abilities*:office (excel advanced), recruitment in all levels, interviewing based skills, mythology star, psychometric testing batteries, knowledge in mexican federal labor law, organization (mandatory), experience on training need analysis.
