- support on hiring process (request documentation, contracts review control).

- support on termination contract at mexican labor court.
- create and update employee records.
- employee movements control.
- training coordination.
- recruitment indicator control.
- support on company events.
*essential requirements*:- strong knowledge in: interviewing based skills (star methodology), verifiable experience in psychometric testing batteries, verifiable experience on mexican federal labor law.

*knowledge, skills and abilities*:office (excel advanced), recruitment in all levels, interviewing based skills, mythology star, psychometric testing batteries, knowledge in mexican federal labor law, organization (mandatory), experience on training need analysis.
