Job summary: we are seeking a reliable and professional executive driver to provide transportation services to our executives and senior management. The executive driver will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our executives to their destinations, maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the assigned vehicle, and providing exceptional customer service.
*responsibilities*:
- safely and timely transport executives and senior management to and from various locations, including business meetings, airports, and other designated destinations.
- maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- plan and organize the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
- ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and well-maintained at all times.
- perform regular inspections and routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including fueling, oil changes, and tire rotations.
- monitor and address any mechanical issues or concerns promptly.
- assist executives with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
- provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- anticipate and address any potential risks or safety hazards during transportation.
- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers.
- maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- coordinate with the executive's office or administrative staff to schedule appointments and manage the daily itinerary.
- maintain a proactive approach to personal and professional development by staying updated on road safety regulations and best driving practices.
Qualifications:
- proven experience as an executive driver or similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- excellent knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- exceptional customer service skills.
- familiarity with gps navigation systems and other relevant technology.
- ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical requirements:
- ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
- ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as luggage.
