Overview
viva aerobus is seeking a marketplace manager to oversee and grow the company’s use cases for seat inventory resale-related services (buyback, sellback, peer to peer, and waiting list). This role drives revenue, optimizes boarded volumes, and executes data-driven strategies to enhance visibility, sales, and profitability across all use cases.
responsibilities
* manage the marketplace portfolio.
* work closely with third party providers and c‑level executives to define revenue maximization strategies.
* analyze market trends to detect additional revenue opportunities and lead corrective actions through buying back advanced purchase bookings.
* constantly review the customer journey and user experience to identify optimizations and improvements (effectiveness of the revenue management process and the user experience).
* manage stakeholder expectations and understand business implications of the marketplace portfolio.
* provide regular reports on marketplace performance to revenue management managers.
