responsibilities
dar de alta en el nuevo sistema todos los equipos actuales que se encuentran en el sistema sap de todos los edificios (empaque a, empaque b, moldeo, hwb1, hbw2, planta externa # 1, processing # 2, planta tratadora de agua etc.).
todos los equipos deberán de cargarse al nuevo sistema para la gestión de activos llamado activo eam (número de equipo, nombre, descripción, ubicación, etc).
identificación física de los activos.
colocar etiquetas a cada uno de los equipos que se encuentran en operación para la correcta identificación de los mismos.
toma de fotografías de cada uno de los equipos y cargarlas en el sistema de acuerdo al número del equipo.
dar de alta en el sistema las refacciones necesarias para cada uno de los equipos incluyendo la toma de fotografías y codificación de cada refacción.
dar de alta en el sistema las herramientas de uso común.
dar de alta y actualización de las rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo y checklist de los todos los equipos.
soporte al encargado del almacén para trabajar en conjunto en la implementación del nuevo sistema.
programar reuniones con los especialistas, shiftleaders y técnicos de operaciones para la actualización de la información de los equipos, refacciones y herramientas.
realización de ayudas visuales para el uso del sistema.
generación de ordenes de trabajo.
cierre y revisión de ordenes de trabajos
generación de vales de almacén para refacciones y herramientas.

reporte de kpi ´s.
generación de reporte de avance del proyecto de la implementación del nuevo sistema de gestión de activos.
impartir entrenamientos a personal técnico
trabajo con desarrollo de sistema para el seguimiento de mejoras al sistema
