about the role
we are seeking a data-driven, analytical, and self-starting sales operations professional to strengthen the operational backbone of our growing international b2b business.
this role will serve as a key partner to the international gtm manager and global sales leadership, ensuring accurate pipeline management, forecasting excellence, and data integrity across multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency (salesforce, power bi, excel) with a sales operations mindset, someone who not only reports metrics but asks the right questions, identifies gaps, and proactively drives insight-based decisions that advance our business goals.

responsibilities
pipeline management & data integrity
* import, organize, and maintain international bulk pipeline prospects and customer records in salesforce (sales ops).
* ensure accurate account hierarchies, contact roles, and opportunity data for global b2b accounts.
* audit and validate data regularly to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
* implement and oversee a closed-loop process to ensure data from each line of business is captured, verified, and continuously refreshed.
reporting, forecasting & analytics
* develop and maintain advanced salesforce dashboards, excel pivot tables, and power bi reports to provide visibility into international sales performance.
* drive saas forecasting models to project recurring revenue, deal health, and stage progression across multiple geographies.
* build and refine analytical frameworks that track kpis such as conversion rates, return rates, pipeline velocity, davg, aov, mtd, qtd, ytd by regional, route to market, and product type.
* partner with sales and marketing leaders to interpret insights, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to ensure alignment with targets.
* provide proactive analysis and scenario planning to help leadership pivot strategies based on early indicators or market shifts.
process optimization & stakeholder enablement
* standardize data entry and pipeline management processes for international teams.
* document best practices, reporting definitions, and playbooks that ensure alignment between marketing, revops, and sales.
* serve as a cross-functional connector, gathering information and clarifying assumptions from multiple stakeholders to produce complete and accurate metrics.
* promote a culture of accountability through measurable, transparent reporting systems.
requirements
* 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or crm administration (salesforce strongly preferred).
* advanced excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data modeling) and working knowledge of power bi or other data visualization tools.
* strong understanding of saas sales forecasting models, pipeline management, and global b2b account structures.
* demonstrated ability to manage large, complex data sets with meticulous attention to accuracy and process integrity.
* proven success in designing dashboards, reports, and kpis that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making.
* exceptional analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the curiosity to ask the right questions and the drive to find answers.
* experience collaborating with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
* highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and sales-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot proactively when business goals or conditions evolve.
* excellent communication and documentation skills in english.

the base gross monthly salary for this full-time position ranges from $25,000 to $27,000 mxn pesos per month. Logos salary ranges are determined by role and position level. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
