You'll partner directly with the founder as the central point of coordination between leadership, the delivery team, and clients — keeping work on track, teams aligned, and the founder out of the weeds. This role operates on us mountain time with regular video calls and client-facing meetings. What you'll own: full ownership of assigned client accounts: goals, timelines, and deliverables task management across client boards in clickup: scoped, assigned, and completed on time client onboarding calls, setup, and delegation to the fulfillment team weekly delivery meetings, action item tracking, and cross-team coordination client calls, status updates, and proactive communication delivery dashboards and internal reporting for founder visibility what success looks like: you're winning when: task completion rate is high across all client boards zero (or near-zero) overdue tasks older than 48 hours every active task has an owner and a due date action items from weekly meetings are closed before the next one the founder notices when: delivery escalations are rare clients are informed before they have to ask problems are flagged and resolved
