your responsibilities
- collaborate with teams to strengthen qms foundations.
- represent us in integrated management system meetings, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- implement global qms tools and processes locally, promoting standardization and efficiency.
- monitor compliance with iso 9001 and internal standards, maintaining high-quality performance.
- lead internal and external audits, including certification and customer audits, to ensure quality and reliability.
- develop and track key performance indicators (kpis) to measure qms effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement.
- deliver qms training and promote stakeholder engagement, fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
- ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines, maintaining a high level of integrity and responsibility.
our expectations
- bachelor's degree in quality management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
- minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within industrial or energy sectors, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.
- certified internal auditor (lead auditor certification is a plus), showcasing your ability to drive change and foster collaboration.
- six sigma green belt certification, highlighting your analytical and problem-solving skills.
- proven ability to lead change and foster cross-functional collaboration, resulting in improved performance and efficiency.
