This position requires direct interface with customers, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of several projects. Continually reviews status of projects ensure projects are completed on time. Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet production, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
- work closely with customers on design, approval process and coordinate and understand customer requirements.
- establish production and delivery schedules through direct communication with scheduling department to ensure accurate and on time delivery.
- interface with engineering, operations, quality and production to ensure customer’s requests are managed in a timely fashion and in accordance with their specifications.
