Key responsibilities:lead the design and deployment of supply chain planning and manufacturing execution models.conduct fit-gap analysis to align system capabilities with business requirements.configure and support oracle ebs modules including ascp, drp, gop, io, inv, cst, wip, bom, eng, eam.train super/master users and provide post go-live support.collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and model readiness.develop and execute testing scenarios for scm and manufacturing processes.provide technical documentation and executive summaries for operational reporting.required qualifications:bachelor's degree in mechanical & electrical engineering.certifications in oracle supply chain planning cloud, ascp expert,certification in apics - cpim and cscp would be recommended15+ years of experience in scm and manufacturing consulting roles.proven experience with oracle ebs r12 .strong analytical and problem-solving skills.excellent communication skills in spanish (native) and english (80% proficiency).preferred experience:industry exposure in architectural coatings, housing development, sensors, electrical motors, heavy machinery, newspaper manufacturing, and federal maintenance operations.experience working with multinational clients and multi-country stakeholders
