verify the export specifications of each sku(stock keeping unit) code, bom(bill of materials), actual products and drawings in advance by establishing the specification verification procedure of the model and prevent specification errors that may occur during mass production.

secure initial quality and consistency of quality by reviewing the performance of products with changed design.

formulate and operate the work standards such as management processes drawing and work manuals, design the optimum process considering the product's consistency of quality and productivity, systematize the verification of jig and process program and minimize defects during mass production.
role and responsibilities
1.
(securing quality consistency) plan reviewing the performance of new products with changes in design and securing the initial quality and consistency of quality.

(optimal process design) write/operate work standards such as management process drawing and work manual, conduct verification of jig and program and write about managing optimal design of process considering consistent quality and productivity of product.
3.
(standardization management) write about managing history and standardization by verifying new product parts and design changes and managing design changes.
