this role will serve as a first line of support for the business, providing initial triage and support as a fronting with the business users, and where applicable create a ticket requirement to the corresponding delivery & configuration teams, including the follow up of the configuration and testing and final notification to the end user.
this role would have multiple positions that will be dedicated initially to specific sectors (latam, us foods and us beverages) due to the differences in pay policies, systems and processes, yet aiming to eventually be multi-sector enable as standardization is achieved.
