Serás responsable de brindar soporte funcional global a usuarios internos del módulo procure to pay (p2p), resolviendo problemas, aclarando dudas sobre el sistema y acompañando procesos de prueba, capacitación y mejoras. Aunque no realizarás transacciones operativas (como crear órdenes o procesar facturas), serás un subject matter expert (sme) en el sistema, entendiendo a profundidad cómo operan los procesos de compras, pagos y facturación dentro de la herramienta, para guiar a los usuarios y ofrecer soluciones efectivas.
además de brindar soporte, colaborarás con los equipos de producto y procesos para validar mejoras al sistema, participar en pruebas, y ofrecer capacitaciones periódicas a usuarios globales.
el rol requiere comunicación constante en inglés, alto nivel de análisis, empatía con los usuarios y capacidad para manejar diferentes niveles de prioridad según el impacto de cada solicitud.

responsabilidades principales:
* brindar soporte funcional sobre procesos p2p: requisiciones, órdenes de compra, recepciones y facturación.
* guiar a los usuarios en la resolución de incidencias, navegación del sistema y seguimiento de procesos.
* colaborar con equipos de producto y procesos en validación de pruebas, implementación de mejoras y documentación de cambios.
* impartir capacitaciones periódicas a usuarios globales.
* manejar solicitudes de soporte global en inglés, gestionando prioridades y niveles de urgencia.
* balancear actividades de soporte diario con participación en proyectos de mejora.
* participar en el proceso de transferencia de conocimiento intensivo durante los primeros meses de onboarding.
requistos:
* inglés avanzado (oral y escrito) indispensable — 100% del tiempo se trabajará en inglés.
* al menos 2 años de experiencia previa con sistemas p2p como jaggaer (epro), ariba o coupa.
* título universitario.
* experiencia en soporte funcional o soporte it es una ventaja, incluso si no se cuenta con experiencia directa en compras o finanzas.
* fuertes habilidades de análisis, solución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
* autonomía para priorizar tareas y manejar múltiples solicitudes simultáneamente.
* paciencia y enfoque de servicio para apoyar a usuarios en situaciones complejas o repetitivas.
