Vacante basada en: tijuana / cd. Juarez, chihuahua, mexicali, hermosillo, monterrey, gdl, cdmx- gran disponibilidad de viaje (75% del tiempo en el noroeste)

buscamos un líder de ventas apasionado y proactivo que se encargue de liderar y gestionar un equipo de representantes, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los procesos administrativos y fomentando el networking interno necesario para alcanzar los objetivos de la organización. Tu misión principal será motivar y guiar a tu equipo hacia el cumplimiento de metas de ventas, alineando sus esfuerzos con las estrategias de la empresa.

Tu rol:

- lograr el crecimiento y los objetivos de ventas mediante una gestión asertiva, eficiente y empática del equipo de ventas.
- diseñar e implementar un plan de acción que asegure la correcta ejecución de las estrategias de marketing, impulsando el crecimiento de las ventas y el posicionamiento de productos en promoción.
- reclutar, seleccionar y capacitar a los representantes, gestionando su desempeño y participando activamente en el desarrollo de competencias para formar equipos de alto rendimiento.
- análisis e interpretación de datos de ventas, targets y kpis.
- desarrollo de planes de acción estratégicos.
- conocimiento del mercado y productos - línea metabolismo.
- implementación de estrategias corporativas (recursos humanos, regionales, bhu y marketing).
- enfoque en resultados y administración de recursos.

Tu perfil:

- título universitario en química farmacéutica biológica, administración, ingeniería industrial o afines.
- inglés intermedio.
- experiência previa coordinando equipos.
- manejo de herramientas digitales como ddd y veeva (deseable).
- disponibilidad para viajar 75% del tiempo al noroeste.
