itso (it service owner) is responsible for responding effectively for disaster recovery (dre) plans, dates and coordination with us vendors.
acting as a communication point and l3 engineer with local team and us vendorsmain activitiescoordination of disaster recovery (dre) plans – works with vendors/hsbc technical resources (network team, developers)/business teams to develop a plan to align with scheduled disaster recovery dates.
also provide support during hsbc and vendor dressupporting annual network certificate renewal activities by coordinating between vendor, network and business teams for scheduled eventsmaintain our critical fraud systems.
