- stay updated with changes in tax legislation in each state, advising on potential impacts and planning strategies accordingly.
- compliance and advisory_
- monitor compliance with state and federal tax laws, advising on adjustments as needed to ensure ongoing compliance.
- provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to minimize liabilities and optimize financial performance.
- assist in resolving any tax-related issues or audits that may arise with state tax authorities.
- client communication and management_
- maintain clear and proactive communication with clients regarding tax filings, deadlines, and any required documentation.
- offer guidance and support to clients on tax-related matters, ensuring they understand their obligations and entitlements.

*requirements*:
- technical skills_
- bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a cpa designation is highly preferred.
- minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and filing for llcs, with specific experience in delaware, wyoming, and nevada.
- proficiency in tax software and microsoft office suite, particularly excel.
- deep understanding of state-specific tax regulations and reporting requirements for delaware, wyoming, and nevada.
