Job description: senior executive administrator - kc*type: full-time, 40 hrs/week (gmt-4) — with some flexibility beyond standard hoursthis role is not for everyone.read this first.this is not a title.this is a function.you will be the operational backbone of a fast-scaling beauty brand ceo — managing his calendar, chasing down his team, building systems where none exist, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.if you're looking for a strategic seat at the table with minimal hands-on work, this is not your role.if you thrive in controlled chaos, move fast, and take pride in making a ceo's day run smoother before he even notices something was off — keep reading.about the companythe client is a manufacturer and brand builder of innovative beauty products, with a focus on bringing korean beauty to international markets.the company is growing fast — which means the work is dynamic, decisions move quickly, and the ceo's time is the most precious resource in the building.what you'll owncalendar & schedulefull ownership of the ceo's calendar.you protect it, optimize it, and make sure he walks into every meeting prepared.proactively resolve conflicts, handle travel logistics, and prepare meeting briefs.inbox & communicationmonitor and triage the ceo's gmail in real time — especially on high-meeting days.draft and send responses on his behalf.you match his tone.you use good judgment.team accountabilitymaintain a live task tracker for the ceo and leadership team — and hold everyone to it.chase down blockers yourself.if you need a login, a file, or an answer — you get it.you are the reason deadlines don't slide silently.daily end-of-day report (non-negotiable)every workday: what got done, what's pending, blockers, and tomorrow's plan.this is the baseline of the role.not optional.systems & processidentify inefficiencies before they become fires.propose and implement sops, workflows, and tools — without being asked.you build structure.you don't wait for it.who you areyou have 3+ years of direct experience as an ea, senior ea, or chief of staff to a founder, ceo, or c-level executive — in a startup or high-growth environment.you manage up.you don't wait to be told what to do next.you use ai tools daily (chatgpt, claude, notion ai, automation platforms) — not occasionally.you know how to apply them to save real hours.your english is near-native.you can draft a professional email to a u.s. buyer and it sounds like it came from the ceo — because it did.you know u.s. business culture.you understand urgency, directness, and professionalism in that context.you understand that a growing business doesn't stop at 5 pm — and you've worked in environments like that before.this doesn't scare you.it's familiar.you are located in latin america with a reliable internet connection and a professional home setup.what this role is notthis is a 9-6 with flexibility if the ceo sends a message, he likely will not, but it is with the understanding that you will answer at all times during work hours, and help if he needs it outside.this is not a strategic advisory role.it is deeply operational.this is not for someone who needs heavy direction or daily check-ins to stay on track.why this roleyou will be one of the most important people in this ceo's professional life.you'll have visibility into every major decision, relationship, and initiative in the company.you'll build real systems, manage real people, and make a direct impact — not through titles, but through execution.if you've been looking for a role where your proactivity is not just valued but required — this is it.how to applycomplete the application form:screening interview with our recruitment team.interview with david (ceo).we move fast.if you're the right person, you'll know within days.#j-*-ljbffr
