* collaborative-design to manufacturing (co-design/co-indus)
* contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account.
* push industrial requirements to engineering (specific design/m&p) & supply chain.
* introduce manufacturing best practice/standardization into design
* define build process for me
* calculate the time at operation level
* manage technical sequencing
* specify industrial asset (jigs, tools, tooling, machines,…) requirements for creation or modification
* drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for manufacturing readiness (production handover)
* plan regular feedback loops with the production team
* accountable for configuration management (in particular delta 2); refer to airbus commercial procedure referential a2853.3 design build process.
* responsible for the integrated manufacturing dossier covering all means needed for shop floor execution: create / update routings / bom / soi taking into account shop floor needs, time calculation and work preparation golden rules in accordance with applicable abp processes.
* perform standard work (the best way to perform tasks described in the soi-the how)
* implement standard time value in routings
* ensure execution of robust, reliable and safe operations
* run and support pfmea/fmea
* engineer technical information
* participate quality control board by providing measurement tasks; run and secure capability process.
* components/parts definition, specifications and jigs & tools activities support
* contribute to supply chain management guaranteeing full consistency and effectivity of data (eg: missing part, stock, mrp impacts)
* interface maintenance tasks
* consider health & safety regulation
* consider schedule and economic aspects; refer to airbus commercial procedure referential a2019.1 produce routings, as-prepared bill of material and standard operating instruction.
* me signature on airbus process specifications, airbus process instructions (aips/aipi) and mni (manufacturing notice instruction)
* manage key/recurrent work prep issues escalated by the production team / tech shop floor support
* communicate directly and by physical participation in production team routines and participate in project works in cross-skilled teams (national / international)
* support shop floor continuous improvement by providing work prep expertise when issues not managed at shop floor level by technical shop floor support.
* optimize further development for production processes (ci-measures)
* advising in the budget preparation, sometimes involved in capex planning to support determination of cost improvement measures.
* evaluate industrial impacts of modifications in collaboration with ia, ise, industrial technologies jobs, tde, ppe
* perform and support run@rate process if applicable
