the ideal candidate will have strong expertise in global benefits management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.we are looking for someone who can think strategically, collaborate effectively across teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our benefits programs.support the development, implementation, and management of global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.ensure all benefits programs comply with local, regional, and global regulations.manage relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and resolving any issues.develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about benefits offerings and any changes.analyze benefits data and trends to assess current programs' effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.develop and implement wellness initiatives to improve overall employee health and well-being,conduct benchmarking studies to ensure our benefits packages remain competitive in all regions.work closely with hr, legal, and other departments to align benefits strategies with overall business objectives.coordinate with regional and local teams to ensure consistent implementation of benefits programs.provide guidance and support to employees during open enrollment periods and implementing new benefits.assist in creating and updating benefits and leave of absence policies and procedures to support program delivery.what we're looking forminimum of 4 years of experience working with benefits management.in-depth knowledge of benefits programs, regulations, and best practices.excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
