*job overview*:
as a customer education manager, you will work with a team of technical program manager, product designers, and engineering team to ensure customer onboard successfully and continue driving the outstanding customer services.
*key responsibilities*:
- lead the onboarding process for new hireez customers in collaboration with the tpm team.
this also includes onboarding for existing customers that expand their service with hireez.
- proactive planning and execution of adoption strategies for your "book of business" in hireez's ent customer segment, including data-driven strategic alignment with ta.
leaders on training initiatives, developing curated user training plans and curriculums, and directly engaging with users to ensure their success.
- lead live training sessions with hireez users, including 1:1s and large group sessions.
develop and maintain relationships with champion users.
engage users with low adoption to help improve their usage and outcomes with hireez.
*qualifications*:
*experience*:
- minimum 2 years experience in customer education or customer onboarding/demo related experience
*customer training*:
- ability to clearly communicate product value, use cases, and how to effective use hireez features and functions
- ability to strategically define learning objectives, and execute enablement plans to drive user adoption, motivation, and results (adoption)
- passion for teaching/education, and customer experience
- ability to effectively lead live training sessions, from 1:1 to large group sessions
- experience with creating engaging learning content (written and video-based); ability to execute creative vision with alignment to business objectives/goals
*communication*:
- excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in project management
- ability to clearly articulate project plans/priorities, address objections/pain points, and align with internal and external stakeholders on goals, tasks and timelines
*other skills*:
- proficiency in managing changing priorities, and multiple projects concurrently
- ability to manage a book of business
- adept at problem-solving, and creative/strategic-thinking
*preferred domain expertise*:
- past experience in hr/ta technology or as a recruiter/ta professional is preferred
- understanding of recruitment workflows and priorities are highly preferred
- experience in sfdc, lms (skilljar), tableau, and video editing software, such as filmora, loom, etc
*location and working mode: onsite in mexico city office*
