a key account manager at midea is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients or accounts. Additionally, they strategize to maximize sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver products or services effectively. Client relationship management: building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.

• revenue growth: identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding product or service offerings to drive revenue growth within key accounts.

• strategic planning: facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and key clients to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.

• contract negotiation: negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both midea and its key accounts.

• performance tracking: monitoring and analyzing key account performance metrics to measure progress against objectives and identify areas for improvement.

• risk management: identifying and mitigating risks associated with key accounts to protect midea's interests and ensure long-term sustainability of client relationships.

• collaboration with internal teams: working closely with internal departments such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of solutions to key accounts.

• actively representing midea at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility and expand the company's presence within key account networks.

• 3 years of working experience in sales or related fields.

• hvac sales experience. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related degree.

• advanced english.

• technical knowledge of air conditioning: understanding of various air conditioning systems, including their components, operation, and maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues related to air conditioning units and systems.

• vrf selection software: proficiency in using software tools specifically designed for variable refrigerant flow (vrf) system selection.

• expertise in the operation and maintenance of chillers, including both air-cooled and water-cooled types.

• pipeline management: experience in managing and overseeing the pipeline of projects or sales, from initial lead generation to final closing.

• intermediate excel: proficiency in using microsoft excel for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• strategic thinking: key account managers must be able to develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with midea's business objectives to drive growth and success within key accounts.

• sales and business acumen: strong sales skills and business acumen are necessary for identifying sales opportunities, upselling/cross-selling products or services, and achieving sales targets within key accounts.

• customer focus: key account managers should be highly customer-focused, prioritizing the needs and interests of key clients and ensuring that midea delivers value-added solutions to meet their requirements.

• effective organization and time management skills are important for managing multiple accounts, coordinating internal teams, and meeting deadlines.

• analytical skills: the ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and draw insights from market research and account performance metrics is valuable for making informed decisions and developing effective account strategies.
