responsible for developing and operating a crm strategic framework aligned with different audience types, consumer behavior, and moments of consumption.
they propose improvements and optimizations to creativity, segments, and communication channels based on results analysis.
develop, maintain, and implement a creative calendar and segmentation matrices for different consumer types, including a/b testing.
coordinate the collection and analysis of crm data from over 500,000 consumers.
they generate hypotheses, validate them, and suggest data-powered activations with clear business objectives.
create easy-to-understand data visualizations, presentations, and provide logical insights and actionable recommendations to business units and key accounts.

experience as a crm administrator in a consumer-focused company.
experience in online sales and implementation of full-funnel campaigns.
bachelor's degree in actuarial science, systems engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
intermediate/advanced english proficiency.
knowledge of zoho, mailchimp, google analytics, oracle, zendesk, salesforce, seo, and digital marketing in e-commerce.
meta business.
knowledge of pixel tracking and utms, database management.
knowledge of branding (brand building) and performance.
