We have two shared services centers located in india and queretaro, which primarily provide financial, accounting, administrative, and it services. requirements:
* bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
* us gaap / mex gaap proficiency, mexican tax, erp knowledge / microsoft office desirable, microsoft office desirable. Sap is a plus.
* experience in external and internal audits internal audit.
* continuous improvement of accounting processes & internal controls.
* preparation and review of account reconciliations.
* responsibility for supporting the timely/accurate execution of a month end close and financial reporting.
* familiarity with external reporting requirements in the us.
* participate in developing and implementing new accounting systems and processes.
* advanced english (required).
* demonstrated leadership in previous roles.
