this role is responsible for managing key hr processes, supporting operational and strategic initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
key responsibilities
* administer the payroll process through the tress system.
* develop and execute training plans for unionized personnel.
* oversee cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning services.
* manage operational recruitment processes.
* administer ilu programs.
* develop and implement communication plans.
* participate in employee onboarding and induction activities.
* apply disciplinary actions in accordance with the internal work regulations.
* conduct meetings with leaders, supervisors, and union representatives.
* perform absenteeism interviews and implement follow-up actions.
* provide daily follow-up for new hires.
* prepare and deliver hr kpi reports.
* organize and participate in department events.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of hr experience, preferably in a generalist function.
* strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* experience working with unionized environments is a plus.
* proficiency in hr systems; knowledge of tress is preferred.
