job summary:
we are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven supply chain specialist to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a vital role in ensuring product availability and accurate delivery dates.
key responsibilities:
* manage purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers by coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products.
* maintain accurate delivery dates and ensure erp data integrity by analyzing and resolving any discrepancies.
* coordinate with customer service, sales, and product management to meet project requirements and drive business growth.
* monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes.
required skills and qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field such as logistics or operations management.
* 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably with a focus on inventory management, transportation logistics, and supplier relationship management.
* advanced english proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* certification in supply chain management (cscp) or certified professional in inventory management (cpim) is a plus.
