Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects move smoothly through each stage of the pipeline. A successful candidate will combine strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and push them forward to completion.
Base pay range
MX$18,000.00/yr - MX$21,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Manage active client accounts and ensure consistent follow-ups.
- Track project progress across multiple stages and move them forward.
- Coordinate with operations, permitting, and scheduling teams to meet deadlines.
- Identify risks or bottlenecks and escalate promptly to ensure resolution.
- Provide clear updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation within project management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or client relations (solar/renewables background is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Self-driven, with a proactive approach to following up and moving projects forward.
