the role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to manage the full requirements lifecycle and support post‐go‐live operations.key responsibilitiesact as the primary functional interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requests are clearly understood, scoped, and aligned with business objectives.own the review of configuration issues and data model changes, assessing functional dependencies and technical complexity before governance approval.lead the full closure sequence for gated request types, including functional testing, end‐user validation, sign‐off, and communication to the requestor.co‐present enhancement requests to the product backlog review council, providing functional clarity and well‐defined scope for prioritization.collaborate with the devops specialist on data model changes, reporting fixes, and integration enhancements, validating outputs across planisware and associated data pipelines.translate business requirements into delivery‐ready user stories for technical teams.identify and analyze business problems and requirements that drive organizational change.maintain accurate, up‐to‐date requirements documentation to enable consistent, efficient, and high‐quality delivery.execute functional testing and coordinate end‐user validation activities in a post‐go‐live or run‐state support environment.demonstrate familiarity with tiered support models and itsm concepts, including support queues and slas.required skills & qualificationsbachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.12+ years of experience in business analysis.5+ years of experience in a lean/agile development environment.strong end‐to‐end business analysis skills, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements.experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional testing plans.proficiency in sql and data analysis using excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).
experience working across multiple systems and documenting data flows and system interactions.highly organized, with the ability to break down complex problems and prioritize effectively.strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.fluency in english.nice‐to‐have: experience in life sciences, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry.certification in business analysis (e.g., cbap, bcs, or similar).
