our solution helps patients and families access essential radiology services at fair prices and without surprise bills, all while delivering immediate savings and roi for employers and payers on every exam.the provider bdr will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing network of over 4,500 imaging centers, as well as identifying and onboarding new facilities.
reporting to the vp of operations, this role is critical in ensuring continued accurate pricing, service offerings, and smooth operations with our imaging provider partners.
the provider bdr will work closely with the member services and operations teams to maintain a robust and high-quality provider network.
*key responsibilities*- contact and screen existing imaging facilities by region and population density to confirm current pricing, services, and appointment availability.- maintain regular communication with providers to ensure all data, credentials, and agreements are up to date.- escalate any discrepancies in service offerings or operations in a timely manner.- serve as a primary point of contact for providers with operational inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing engagement.- update and manage provider information in the company database.- track outreach efforts, results, and facility feedback to help drive network improvements.- identify and contact potential new imaging facilities within target regions.- ensure provider facilities meet all compliance and accreditation requirements.
*qualifications*- 3+ years of experience conducting cold outreach to providers (preferably imaging) or- 3+ years of experience coordinating patient care with providers (preferably imaging).- 5+ years of experience conducting high volume outbound calling- strong interpersonal and communication skills- a foundational understanding of medical imaging, (preferably the us market).
