job description:
we're looking for a client-facing hr implementation project manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and setup for new clients. This role is less about technical depth and more about ownership, communication, and coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident in running discovery sessions, documenting business requirements, and leading weekly calls with stakeholders. While hr domain experience is a plus, especially in the us or canada, a strong presence and ability to manage moving pieces are most important.

• strong ownership mentality and ability to drive tasks to completion
• detail-oriented with a focus on documenting and organizing business requirements
• experience leading recurring implementation or project status calls
• proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
• comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders across departments
bonus skills:
• hr or hcm software implementation experience
• familiarity with u.s. or canadian hr processes and terminology
• bilingual english/spanish proficiency
• experience working in or supporting north american clients from latam
