objetivo

garantizar un servicio de transporte de personal eficiente en función con las necesidades de la compañía.


actividades

* planear y elaborar la logística de transporte de personal
* diseñar y modificar rutas de transporte de personal de acuerdo a lo requerido por la compañía.
* planear y elaborar rutas de transporte por requerimientos especiales, festivos, domingos, etc.
* reaccionar a alertas para modificar o enviar apoyo a cualquier ruta en que haya una necesidad atípica.
* planear y elaborar roles de trabajo por ruta y unidad
* planear y elaborar roles de trabajo para cubrir domingos, descansos, apoyos especiales, etc…
* administrar check list de unidades.
* inspección de unidades físicas y contratadas.
* llevar registro de las rutas realizadas por proveedores.
* registrar censos y tiempos por rutas.
* monitorear, programar y dar seguimiento al mantenimiento de los vehículos destinados para transporte de personal conforme al checklist de vehículos.
* programar carga de combustible para garantizar la operación.
* apoyar y participar en los eventos institucionales de psm, así como en nuevos proyectos que mantenimiento promueva.


perfil

* licenciatura concluida.
* experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de personal.
* experiencia mínima de 2 años en logística y administración de flotillas de transporte.
* conocimiento en mecánica básica.
* conocimiento en reglamento de la ley de movilidad y transporte del estado de jalisco.
* ms office (word y excel)
* conocimiento de las rutas en la región (atotonilco, la barca, ocotlán y guadalajara).
