what you will do
* assess, develop, and execute strategies for the regio household towel category.
* create and ensure the implementation of marketing strategies and business plans for the category.
* lead and influence all business areas to achieve results aligned with brand strategy.
* develop and launch new products or upgrades.
* maintain a constant understanding of consumer and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
* support marketing activities such as product launches and communication campaigns (btl and atl).
* keep records of sales, revenues, and advertising costs; analyze these against forecasts to identify areas for improvement.
who you are
* bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering.
* previous experience in marketing within consumer goods.
* proficiency in english.
* knowledge of basic marketing concepts: market share, distribution, price elasticity, etc.
* understanding of research methodologies.
* experience with nielsen tools and sales forecasting.
* financial analysis skills and understanding of various distribution channels.
* effective communication skills, responsible, reliable, passionate, and driven.
* teamwork skills.
* strong analysis and project management capabilities.
