position: account/project manager
responsibilities:
* serve as the primary point of contact between tsm and clients throughout the process of developing their new tequila or mezcal brand.
* manage legal processes in mexico, coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance and successful production.
* oversee production schedules and address any potential issues with the production or procurement departments.
* provide regular updates to clients, ensuring that they are satisfied and well-informed at every stage of the project.
* handle customer inquiries and resolve any challenges that arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
* track and report on project progress, customer interactions, and any issues that need resolution.
* maintain high levels of communication with internal departments (e.g., design, procurement) to ensure project success.
* conduct occasional travel to meet with clients, attend expos, and visit the distillery.
requirements
skills & experience:
* bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in account or project management.
* experience in managing customer relationships and delivering excellent service.
* knowledge of the tequila or mezcal industry is a plus, but not required.
* strong problem-solving abilities and executive presence.
* fluency in english (c1 or higher) is mandatory.
work conditions:
* full-time position, monday to friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
* hybrid work model: 2 days a week in the office at tepatitlán de morelos, jalisco.
* occasional travel to meet clients and attend expos.
