Key Responsibilities
* Execute audit procedures and engagement activities with accuracy and efficiency.
* Participate in client and engagement team communications.
* Review audit workpapers and documentation prepared by team members.
* Provide constructive feedback and support quality assurance efforts.
* Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and enhance efficiency.
* Escalate risks and issues to management while providing practical recommendations.
* Maintain professional communication and collaboration across global teams.
* Support knowledge sharing and mentoring initiatives within the team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 2 to 4 years of external audit experience.
* Experience with a Big 4 or large/mid-tier accounting firm strongly preferred.
* Strong technical understanding of audit procedures and accounting standards.
* Knowledge of US GAAP preferred.
* Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit-related software.
* Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Knowledge of Shared Service Centers is a plus.
