What you’ll do
- Help our members plan dream vacations to 180+ destinations
- Collect on membership fees
- Answer questions about memberships, travel points and benefits
- Book reservations and support members with their accounts
- Follow up with members to give them a smooth, 5-star experience
- Handle travel experience issues
- Work Monday–Saturday on a hybrid schedule
