This individual will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and efficiency, shipping, and customer service. key responsibilities include overseeing inventory control, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and distribution of automotive parts and components. The successful candidate will effectively monitor the flow of goods and implement first-in first-out (fifo) and abc method in the use of raw materials and in dispatching of finished goods. responsibilities also include performing inventories, ensuring accuracy of product inventories against system records by conducting cycle counts on a periodic basis following appropriate guidelines released by accounting and audit departments. Additionally, the incumbent will coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, managing logistics providers and optimizing freight performance. another critical aspect of this role is to develop plans to improve delivery and supply performance to our dealer network as well as all outbound processes and implement improvement measures. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams within soueast mexico to ensure timely shipment of open orders for wholesale customers. a successful candidate must have experience with 3pl management, parts management, and inventory management.
