About the Role Property Leads is a fast-growing real estate lead generation and data company. We’re looking for a Paid Media Ad Copywriter who can craft high-performing copy across multiple digital channels. This role blends creative storytelling with performance marketing expertise, you’ll write, test, and optimize ad copy that drives engagement and lead generation.
You’ll collaborate closely with the team to develop data-driven ad messaging that scales across platforms. Responsibilities Copywriting for Performance
Write and test compelling copy for paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
Adapt messaging for various funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to optimize conversions.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to align visuals and copy for cohesive creative execution.
Develop multiple copy variations for A/B testing and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Use data insights and feedback from the Paid Media team to refine messaging and improve outcomes.
Experiment with AI-driven testing to quickly iterate and scale winning copy.
Work with the Creative, Media Buying, and Strategy teams to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals.
Take initiative in creative brainstorming sessions and performance reviews.
Faster creative testing cycles through AI and automation.
3–5 years of experience writing copy for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or Google).
~ Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) Proven track record in direct response, lead generation, or performance marketing.
~ Excellent command of English, with attention to detail and tone adaptation.
~ Familiarity with UGC-style scripting and short-form video ad copy.
Basic understanding of media buying and campaign structure.
Knowledge of AI-driven creative workflows (text-to-video, voiceovers, etc.).
