OVERVIEW:
Working as Part-Time Distribution Center Help Desk, you will provide assistance to Fastenal branches by responding to help desk calls related to orders and/or products. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at Libramiento Noreste Km 33.5, General Escobedo, NL 66052.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Retrieving product for walk in customers at our distribution center
- Complying with safety regulations
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule

- Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English
