We are looking for a sales manager with strong experience in the financial sector and a solid background in selling telecommunications and it infrastructure solutions.
This role focuses on developing and expanding business within banks, insurance companies, and fintech organizations, driving sales of solutions such as:
switchesroutersnetwork infrastructureconnectivity & ip solutionsdata center solutionsstorage
this is a hunter-oriented position with a strong emphasis on new account acquisition and strategic relationship development.
Develop and execute the commercial strategy within the financial sector (banking, insurance, fintech) in mexico.
Identify, develop, and close infrastructure opportunities (hardware and connectivity — not software sales).
Open new accounts and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
Identify client pain points and propose tailored infrastructure solutions.
Collaborate with pre‑sales and engineering teams to build technical proposals.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Around 5 years of commercial experience in infrastructure sales
proven experience selling to:
banks
insurance companies
fintech
strong experience selling:
switches and routers
networking and connectivity
storage solutions
experience working with telecom manufacturers or infrastructure integrators.
Strong track record in account opening and strategic relationship development.
Strong negotiation and closing skills
technical‑commercial knowledge in infrastructure
results‑driven mindset with quota achievement experience
ability to engage with executive‑level stakeholders in the financial sector
