Job description the document controller will support the fm and asset management team with the massive close out of projects, by gathering all documents required by compliance.
establish and manage document control system allowing for tracking of documents, checking of approval loops, revision identification etc.
provide communication with the fm and asset management team.
knowledge of every stage of a project.
experience with delivering the close out of a project.
create document control and correspondence folders for individual projects.
create and maintain document control guidelines.
prepare, operate, and update document control procedures in line with the company's document management system qualifications a minimum of 5 years of experience in either multi-disciplinary/multi-group projects or big project/multi group environment as a document controller in the construction industry bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering or architecture) project management qualification – e.g., pmi is a plus experience in data management and mapping processes.
experience with reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis proficient with microsoft office suite of software.
fluent english and spanish.
