Allocator / inventory planner page is loaded## allocator / inventory plannerlocations: office, mexico, d.f., mexicotime type: full timeposted on: posted todayjob requisition id: r-*job location: mexico city, mexicocalling all originals: at levi strauss & co., you can be yourself — and be part of something bigger.we're a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it.who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger.so add your voice.make an impact.find your fit — and your future.we are seeking someone to ensure the accurate distribution and allocation of inventory to brick-and-mortar stores and digital channels, maximizing sales and profitability while minimizing stockouts, monitoring store capacities and analyzing historical data, sales trends, and demand forecasts to support timely replenishment of products.*about the job* monitor inventory levels and product availability in stores and distribution centers to ensure optimal assortment.* use analytical tools (power bi, impact analytics, excel) to identify opportunities for improvement in product distribution.* participate in assortment planning meetings and collection launches.* identify and propose process improvements in allocation through data analysis and kpi monitoring.* generate weekly performance reports by store, sku, and size.* maintain cross-functional relationships with the different actors of the various teams to promote the pursuit of results*about you*education & experience:* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, economics, or related fields.* minimum of 2 years in a similar role within fashion retail or consumer goods.* proven experience in data analysis and inventory assortment management.* experience in companies with a large number of sales points or e-commerce is desirable.* have actively collaborated in projects*skills & competencies:* strong analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.* data-driven decision-making abilities.* proficiency in english (spoken and written) highly desirable for collaborating with global teams and international platforms.* proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail* commercial awareness and business acumen.* advanced skills in microsoft excel.* proficient in data visualization tools such as power bi & experience with sap* familiarity with allocation kpis such as sell-through, stock coverage, and fill rate.*decision-making & accountability:* decide how many units of each style-size go to each point of sale at a collection launch* identify which stores need replenishment to avoid out of stocks* decide when to transfer inventory to balance volume between stores* prepare assortment for marketing events and allocate more inventory to strategic store during key sales periodsthis is a hybrid work schedule based in our polanco office in mexico city.we expect you in office 3 days per week.note, time in office can vary depending on needs.levi strauss & co.
