Overviewthe digital product owner jr will support the product owner to lead digital product roadmap in specific value streams and development cycle to maximize product’s value and experience, from the generation and refinement of requirements through the development stage, up to the launch of the product.responsibilitiessupport defining the product roadmap according to outcomes defined and okrs.work closely with channel experience and it teams to design and implement new capabilities in our digital channels.act as a point of contact with local and global product, technology, design and risk teams to transmit product vision.support defining and facilitating decisions for development.communicate tradeoffs, adjustments and relevant product decisions to stakeholders; navigate ambiguity and competing priorities to formulate the most beneficial backlog while representing the voice of the customer to ensure optimal performance, experience and usability.collaborate with iwpb, hdb and second line of defense locally and globally to assess and define regulatory requirements.define the product backlog and generate epics and stories with a clear definition of done.prioritize and implement the product backlog based on the overall product strategy and vision.facilitate development tasks based on the development plan.evaluate options, tradeoffs and make decisions to progress the development stage.team up with business, engineering, project managers and other teams to gather and fulfill customers' needs.nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems.
