key responsibilities
* plan and teach visual arts classes for different elementary grade levels, based on official programs and group needs.
* design creative activities that promote fine motor skills, observation, imagination, and personal expression.
* encourage knowledge and appreciation of various artistic techniques, materials, and styles.
* foster both individual and group work through artistic projects.
* assess students’ performance and progress in the visual arts area.
* prepare exhibitions and school events to showcase students’ work.
* maintain ongoing and effective communication with parents and other teachers regarding students’ artistic development.
* safeguard and organize the materials and equipment assigned to the arts area.
* actively participate in meetings, trainings, and institutional activities.
